The Advisory Board is a new group that will consist of corporate, non-profit, and community organization leaders who will help with policy and programs. A key componant in the planning and execution of key annual programs, research activites, and strategic communication(s) - The Advisory Board will work to ensure best practices to ensure sustainability and continuity.

The Development & Leadership Council focus on facilitating key fundraising for signature programs like the Annual business Plan Competition and the annual "Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards Dinner". Furthermore, the council plays a leading role in facilitating research activities as well as the development of new programs at Howard University.
